Are you are getting lots of phone calls from firms offering you services to sort out your road traffic accident? Are you having to liaise with your insurance company and the other persons insurance company just to find out what is happening with your car? Are they trying to offer you money for your injury before you have even recovered? Then get in touch.

You may be the most careful driver in the world – or you may not drive at all – but that doesn’t mean you can’t be injured in a road traffic accident that isn’t your fault.

We can take the stress and hassle out of your situation. We deal with all insurance companies and sort your car repair or write off. We can get you a replacement vehicle if you need one. We can arrange physiotherapy for your injury. We can arrange a medical report with an expert to see what treatment you need and how long your injury is likely to last.

You can end up with any number of injuries, ranging from cuts and grazes, broken legs, whiplash, psychological trauma and even a hernia.

Whiplash can also develop into something more serious such as fibromyalgia or chronic pain syndrome. Often if this is indicated, the insurance company will try and buy off your claim as quickly as possible. You may think this is efficient but really they want to pay you as little as possible.

Uninsured or untraced drivers in road traffic accident claims

You can make a claim even if the person responsible is uninsured or untraceable. We can submit a claim to the Motor Insurance Bureau (MIB). You may be entitled to compensation following a road traffic accident whether you were a:

  • Car Driver
  • Passenger
  • Motorcyclist
  • Cyclist
  • Pedestrian
  • Passenger On Public Transport

To help your case, you should take names, addresses and telephone numbers of any witnesses and lots of photographs of where you are and the cars involved.

If the third party driver has no valid insurance, leaves the scene or admits to driving a stolen vehicle, you should contact the Police immediately and report the incident.

What is Whiplash?

Whiplash is a soft tissue injury to your neck. You may suffer neck or lower back pain, headaches and numbness in your arms or fingers. This is whiplash. It happens with road traffic accident claims because your head is suddenly jolted back and forth in the impact. It causes your neck muscles and ligaments to stretch more than normal (sprain).

The symptoms of whiplash can take between a few hours to 3 days to appear and may get worse over time.

Even slow car bumps may cause enough jerking of the neck to cause symptoms.

You should talk to your doctor as soon as your start to suffer with any of these symptoms. For more information on whiplash see the NHS

Getting physiotherapy early is also good advice and we can arrange that for you at no cost to you as we claim it back from the Defendant.

We helped Mr C with his road traffic accident claim “I was so grateful for help. I had people ringing me up all the time offering me claims services, I did not know where my car was, then they only repaired part of the car. It was a nightmare. I spent all my time on the phone to insurance companies until I got in touch with Chris and he sorted it all out. I did not have to speak to anyone after that.  I should have contacted him sooner. He got the car fixed, the storage bill paid, my earnings back and £5,500 for my injury”.
