Woman Left Unable to Conceive Secures Damages for her infertility. Damages are designed to compensate for both the physical, psychological, and financial impact of the loss of fertility.

Infertility is a highly emotive issue. Our client was devastated and underwent invasive fertility treatments including in vitro fertilisation (IVF) when she struggled to conceive. The scar tissue can interfere with the menstrual cycle, thus affecting periods and ovulation. It can also interfere with implantation and placental development, thus leading to miscarriages.
